A new BetaCodex Network research paper has arrived. It’s our 20th paper since the network’s foundation in 2008. For this publication, the paper’s authors Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging integrated a wide range of practical findings from two decades of client work around organizational development, transformation and Cell Structure Design.

Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging identified a set of 10 patterns that are inseparable from organizational decentralization, coherent self-organization and organizational democracy. This is the 2nd part of a research paper series: The first paper of the series, Cell Structure Design Patterns, was published in July 2023.
