It is one of those books to which the 50/50 rule applies: A part of it is great and powerful, another part is misguiding and half-baked. Take the chapters on foresight and forecasting: You better skip them! But some of the writing on planning and Relative Targets is very helpful for everyone who wants to understand the “performance management” side of Beta better.
